A little piece of home

The best part of living in PA is being closer to my family! It still a 6 hour day of travel, but by car, which can happen much more often than by plane (from AZ).  We went on a mini-vacation to MA and then up to the lake.  We got to celebrate C's 2nd birthday, spend time with Nanny and enjoy the beautiful weather at the lake.  Here's a photo dump of sorts!

Hanging with Grampy B aka. " Boo, bee, bee" on the
"Momo"

 A favorite picture of mine.

Yes, I let him have an entire chocolate cake and no I wasn't even sitting next to him
The pic below is a result of his run in with the cc!

Minus the fuzziness, can that face be any cuter?

Evening snack on the porch with "Boobeebee"

The pictures above make my heart happy.  I love camp more than most place, everything seems to slow down when you are there.  I don't take my cell phone with me anywhere, there is no computer to use for internet and camp doesn't even have a phone.  It's the perfect place to step back in time: candy store, bingo, frog races...can it get much better?!

Below is a pic that makes my heart soar! At almost 89 years old, Nana is an amazing Great Grandmother to Isaac.  She would spend all day on the floor with him and not complain once.  We're really blessed that Isaac knows her so well and gets to spend such special time with her!

Way to go, Buffalo

Austin and Isaac made a trip to Buffalo a few weeks back.  I must say, I was impressed that Austin was willing to fly with Isaac alone, and have him for four days straight! Isaac was so excited to see Great Aunts and Uncles and his Gigi.  Plus, he got to see his favorite Papa!!! They had a blast and I got a little rest!

Four generations all in one place

Welcome to PA

Well, as most of you know by now, we've made it to PA.  It was a long three day and three hour drive, but we're finally all settled into our house and enjoying the area.

The humidity and extreme heat have been a challenge, just like AZ, it makes it hard to be outside.  But we're working through that and getting up and our early to enjoy the beautiful green parks.

We're excited to see what's in store for us in good ol' PA!

Rock Star

This is the personality I see most days! The crazy, funny and wacko kid.  I think he gets some of his crazyness from his Mama and I'm proud of it! We beat to a different drum buddy, sorry, you're stuck with me as your Mama!!

I love how he's growing into a little man and learning how to be so silly. He really makes my day that much better, when he's not teething or throwing a temper tantrum that is!

Love you bunting!

Hoping everyone had a blessed Mother's Day!

Just Peachy

Enjoying his "picked" peach!

You Pick!

Austin, Isaac and I headed over to the local Farm this weekend! We went with the intention of just picking peaches, but ended up making a stop at the Organic Garden too!!!

It was SO hot out, but we managed to survive. We got some great veggies and some yummy peaches!

My little farmers! Isaac enjoyed playing in the dirt more than walking around and helping us pick veggies!

My little Farmer Joe! Love this kid!

Making Nana's famous Christmas Stuffed Artichokes this week for dinner...can't wait! They are going to be so yummy!

Picking the peaches. Isaac even managed to pick one and eat one too! If you go picking, for anything, you have to eat at least one while you are stroller around!

Some of our veggies/fruit soaking and getting clean!

Fish Face

This is the face I see, when I ask "What does a fishy say"

It's also the face I see when someone is in a giving mood and wants to kiss everyone!!
This face makes everything else melt away!
Hoping you all get fish kisses this week!
Happy Tuesday!
