Flying

My travels went so much better than I expected. First there was security at the airports. With so much chatter about the new x-ray machines and complaints about the pat-downs, I was interested to see what I would face. Turns out, I didn’t have to do either. At both Logan and Sky harbor I went through a regular medial detector and that was that.

My sister had suggested that I talk with someone at the counter when I got to the airport to see if it was at all possible to be moved into the bulkhead seat. In doing this I would be able to put my feet up on the wall in front of me and have more leg room. What a great suggestion, it worked all around for all of my flights!

With regards to being irritated and uncomfortable, I’m normally irritated in general when flying, so to be 7 ½ months pregnant and not be irritated was truly a blessing from God. Thank you for all the prayers! I was comfortable, able to sleep and even watched a movie on the way there and back.
